"Hotel was clean and spacious. The view from the room was lovely. Breakfast was good. My partner and I were shocked at how busy the hotel was, which we probably should have expected from such a large hotel. In addition to this, the infinity pool was closed for maintenance and the 'charm pool' was only half open, with half of it appearing very green."

"What a beautiful way to experience Halong Bay. The boat exceeded our expectations. Everything was catered for from the spa to the tours. Our only critisim was the coffee options at breakfast. For a high end experience coffee was very basic and almost undrinkable. "
