“I used valet parking for my Mercedes. When I arrived my car was spotless. When I checked out my car was covered with spots from what looked like a irrigation system. I could barely see out the windshield and side windows. When i asked them to wash it off or at least spray it off they stated they could not.”

“There was trash from a previous guest. It was a couple water bottles that were behind the curtain. In the morning, we tried showering, but water wasn’t coming out. There was only one operating elevator, and no accessible stairs. But the staff was wonderful, and respectful. They answered my questions thoroughly and with a good attitude. Over all good experience”
