Room was clean, breakfast was good. Ron -----the maintenance man was very, very helpful and so was Sam at the front desk. Desk clerk on evening of Dec. 10 was like trying to pet a pitbull-------has an attitude problem! Will stay there in the future-------------------btw----------A,S,A.P, Roadside Service is NOT recommended !!! BEWARE !!!!!!!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The HIGH CHOLESTEROL desk attendant supposedly named Susan (Not sure because I asked for her name both over the phone and in person) was horrible and should be fired for how EXTREMELY rude she is not only over the phone but in person. I will say their rooms are actually great I've stayed here once before but the employee they choose to represent their company says a lot about them.

I really enjoyed my time there. It had a swimming pool and it was very clean. They also served a nice breakfast in the morning. There also was a little lady the work the front desk who made you feel at home.

The truth is super bad, we asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was full of mold, the carpets were very dirty. the super friendly staff

The hotel looked nothing like the photos. The room had a odor that never went away. The shower nozzle leaked so had to hang a towel around it to keep the water from running out of the shower curtain. The cleaning staff was nice and came everyday of our 6 day stay. There is an subway in the main office which was nice we ate there twice. You can not bring any of the breakfast items to your room so you have to eat in the dining room in front of everyone else eating breakfast which was a first time in all my hotel experiences.
