Dear Paola, we are very sorry about your negative experience at our property, unfortunately the room you booked is a double room and we only add an extra third bed upon request; the information might have been wrongly presented on the booking platform, and we are currently checking this to make the necessary modifications, so no more such inconvenience happens in the future; nevertheless, the extra bed was provided, as per your request. As with regards to the heater, it is unfortunate that you came late at night, only stayed for 1 night, and there was not time to preset our apologies and fix the heater or improve your experience; nevertheless it is our mistake, as we should have checked the heater before your checked in and I am very sorry about this. It is rare that our guests face heater issues, and I am very sorry this occurred during your stay. Now it is fixed, and we so much hope that you will stay with us again to make up for you unfortunate negative experience.
