“After check in, it was down hill from there. We had an iron but no ironing board. I went searching for a maid for an ironing board…set it up and it was a pice of junk…literally fell over and had stains all over the cover.
We had a chair in our room that we wouldn’t even sit it…all stained and nasty.
In the morning, we had to call the front desk as the blow dryer didn’t work…they did have another one at our room within five minutes.
