Conveniently located in a quiet part of center city, close to the main avenue and ATMs, plenty of nearby dining options plus a good on-site tapas restaurant. Staff is very helpful, supportive, and friendly! Rooms are a little dated, but plenty of hot water for showers and the "superior" rooms are more spacious than most New York City apartments

It's a classy hotel, right in the center of Tunis. I had a large room, clean, good in shape, with friendly room service. A tiny balcony overlooking a park... The staff help efficiently. I once needed a laser pointer with clicker for a presentation, so they walked me to a store... This is my third stay at Majestic Hotel, I'll come again.

Great hotel, blah breakfast.

It’s a nice hotel with a feeling of being transported back in time. We had breakfast on one of the days, and it was below par. With the money you spend at breakfast you can feast somewhere outside the property. And the big street with restaurants is only a short walk.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été mitigé. J'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes qui ont rendu l'expérience moins agréable. Tout d'abord, le stationnement a été compliqué et ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé. De plus, l'âge de mes enfants n'a pas été pris en compte comme prévu lors de la réservation, et j'ai été contraint de payer un supplément inattendu à mon arrivée. Par ailleurs, le prix du petit-déjeuner affiché au moment de la réservation était inférieur au tarif qui m'a finalement été facturé pendant le séjour. Cette différence n'avait pas été clairement indiquée, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise. C'est regrettable, car ces informations avaient été communiquées ou affichées à l'avance. J'espère que l'hôtel améliorera la transparence de ses tarifs et la gestion des réservations afin d'éviter ce type de désagrément à l'avenir.
