It was my worse decision I have ever made by booking this hotel this place not only filthy but nothing works properly also this place gave a wedding venue so get prepared not to get any sleep because wedding is whole night. I booked a hotel with bathtub hopping that I would take bath and relax but it did happen that way jacuzzi that they advertise doesn't work on top of that water smell like it's straight from the sewer even color of the water is brown I barely survived 4 days there and checked out early so I don't have to stay there and smell sewer

Le directeur, Mohamed Ben Khahla, a complètement gâché le séjour de nos deux familles au Penthouse Hotel Tunis. À notre arrivée, nous avons présenté la preuve que nos réservations effectuées via Hotels.com incluaient le petit-déjeuner gratuit. Les employés ont vérifié nos réservations, nous ont confirmé que tout était en ordre et nous ont dit que nous pouvions prendre le petit-déjeuner, en précisant qu’ils régleraient la situation avec Hotels.com si nécessaire. Deux jours plus tard, M. Ben Khahla nous a demandé de payer les petits-déjeuners, malgré les preuves que nous lui avons présentées. Le plus choquant a été sa réaction : il nous a dit que si les employés nous avaient autorisés à prendre le petit-déjeuner, ce seraient eux qui devraient le payer. Une telle remarque est inacceptable et irrespectueuse envers son propre personnel. Je séjourne dans cet hôtel chaque année et j’y revenais toujours avec plaisir. Malheureusement, cette année sera sans doute la dernière. À cause du comportement du directeur, un client fidèle a décidé de ne plus revenir. C’est regrettable, car il suffit parfois d’une seule personne pour faire fuir des clients satisfaits. À mon avis, M. Ben Khahla aurait grand besoin d’une formation en service à la clientèle et en gestion d’équipe. Les employés ont fait preuve de beaucoup plus de professionnalisme, de respect et de sens du service que leur directeur. Je tiens d’ailleurs à féliciter toute l’équipe, qui a été accueillante, serviable et profession

I quite like this place, high standard apartment hotels close to all amenities. Hosting skills are great the rooms are spotless I always look at this establishment first before I book other places and only go elsewhere if no availability. well done All

This hotel has the wow factor. The room was huge and looked amazing. Important things first, the bed was very large and very comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was lovely too- took a while to heat up, but that is the only negative. The people who worked at the hotel were lovely too... they were very helpful and friendly. The only real negative is the air conditioning was noisy, but as we were there in November we opened the windows in the evening and let the cool air in, and the room remained a good temperature. The one thing that could have made our stay even better would have been a bar. We could find neither a bar nor off licence in the local area, but bought some in other areas of Tunis and used the fridge to good effect. All in all, we had a thoroughly super stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very good experience. The place is very very clean and well equipped but not luxury, however, staying was very comfortable. We spent one night with 2 kids. The suite we had was large with a kitchen (we did not use since the trip is quick) with also a dinig room and living room with TV. There were also 2 separate room one for us as parents and the other with 2 beds fir the kids each room has a TV. All of that with affordable price (approx $100). It was a very lovely experience and there were so many dining options within walking distance.
