Gracias.

Buen Hotel - Fallo Caldera

Be Extremely Wary

I made a reservation weeks in advance but upon arrival on a Saturday evening (and after a 4 hour drive from Bogota) we were told that we did not have a reservation in spite of showing my Hotels.com confirmation number and email. I am from the United States and have traveled throughout the US and the world extensively. The prorprietor (or manager) of the Hotel Puente Piedra was rude and unwilling to contemplate that we indeed had a reservation. There was another couple in the lobby that encountered the same situation. We were all polite even given the proprietor's rudeness and lack of understanding. Luckily, we found another hotel but it was significantly more expensive and it really cut into our Saturday evening which we had planned for weeks.

ESTAFA. Ofrecen servicios que no prestan.

ESTAFA.
