“Person at the front desk was rude”

“The hotel was well maintained. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The one thing that surprised me was the highway that runs almost over the hotel. Without the AC running loudly, I may have had some sleep issues but it ran all night and I slept beautifully. They do provide ear plugs so I’m assuming they know it’s an issue! 😉”

“The hotel is extremely dated and not kept up. The photos on Expedia are deceiving. The lobby and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was friendly and the place was tidy. Breakfast was good.”

Then the room rates first night reasonable, second night was almost a Hundred dollars higher but with out the air conditioning we had at the lower price. And we asked for free parking for our two day stay and the fact it was 83 degrees in our room , as compensation for the inconvenience and got Nothing. When you have to inconvenience your customers and you can’t do anything for them that is not customer...

“Overall, the property was somewhere we would use again. Without going into all the details, I had to explain why I needed new batteries for the remote. As for the breakfast the next morning, it pushed the meaning of continental! So we ended up going elsewhere. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.”
