“Breakfast staff was incredibly rude. So discouraging. Refused to continue offering breakfast 30 minutes before buffet closes, really? If you're not open for the last half hour, then change your hours posted for breakfast. Also no need to be rude to customers. Cleanliness is okay. Could be improved.”

“The staff were most welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.”

Then the room rates first night reasonable, second night was almost a Hundred dollars higher but with out the air conditioning we had at the lower price. And we asked for free parking for our two day stay and the fact it was 83 degrees in our room , as compensation for the inconvenience and got Nothing. When you have to inconvenience your customers and you can’t do anything for them that is not customer...
