โI had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room.
The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked.
The included breakfast was delicious.
I did not take up the offer of a massage however there are several...
โThe water did not drain well in the shower, so I took a shower and waited for a while for the water to drain.
The old smell in the room gave me a headache.
It was nice to have a water purifier installed.โ
โStaff was all exceptionally pleasant, professional and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were all comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant food and staff I consider the best Iโve encountered in Cambodia. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.โ
โBig and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.โ
