"Hotels Savoy is a class act. It is elegant without being stuffy. The rooms are well appointed. The natural pink stone in the bathroom was breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent offering a wide arrangement of breakfast staples as well yummy treats. It was a marvelous way to start your day. The hotel sits high up on a hill hovering just at the edge of Old Town and Prague Castle. What makes the hotel within reach of all the attractions is its excellent tram that is right on the line. My only complaint is that there isn’t much in the way of dinner options if you want to stay closed to the hotel in the evening. The two restaurants in the Monastery are always full and the food is limited in scope. My suggestion would to eat dinner before you retire to stay up before the hill. A shout to the staff especially the ladies at the desk. They are very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Savoy whenever I’m in Prague."

"The Golden Well was an excellent first stay in Prague. The team was very responsive before arrival and accommodating throughout. The hotel sits at the end of a narrow cobblestone street, which I thought might be hard to find, but Google Maps made it simple. Breakfast was included and eating it while looking out over the Prague skyline was a highlight of each morning. The staff were excellent and the room was always kept sharp; turndown wasn’t just a chocolate on the pillow, but an actual truffle in an exquisite case. I don’t have a critique to offer. I was travelling alone this time, and I plan to come back with my family and stay at the Golden Well again."

"Smooth and easy check-in even during odd hours. Host was welcoming and allowed us to keep the baggage securely after check-out for few hours. Rooms were nicely decorated with a vintage look and sheets were changed daily. Location is very convenient to walk around main attractions of Prague city within a walking distance of 40 mins max. Definitely recommend to first-timers in Prague to experience a pleasant stay. Only thing one needs to keep in mind that there are no lift/elevator in this old heritage building."
