All sorts of food and drink outside left or right. Easy parking lot a block away. Older but well kept. Me st rooms have a terrace looking over a green area. Mellow.
Well priced little hotel within a stone throw of Porta Nova. Big plus, they are dog friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and it's easy to get from here anywhere in the city.
Breakfast was ok, the area is not clean and staff, the staff at the reception wanted to give me a room two categories beloq of what I booked, very noisy in the morning
The hotel and people were absolutely wonderful and really accomodating. The breakfast was top notch. The only negative was the Internet signal in Room 133 was almost nothing, and so I either needed to go to the lobby to log in my laptop (where signal was strong) or use data on my cell phone. Other than internet connection, it was a great place.
Stayed here for 1 night with my wife and 2 kids (both under 10 yr) and liked it. The kids loved that the room had a bunk bed. Great location and walkable. You’re right by the train station and Parco del Valentino.
The building is older but well maintained. No parking on site, but there is a garage a couple of blocks away at Madama Cristina. There isn’t really a spot to unload a car in front of the hotel, so you will just have to pull onto the sidewalk for a few minutes.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke some English. Only small issue was that housekeeping or someone else tried to enter our room around 8am while we were still in bed, but as soon as said something, they closed the door. If there was a Do Not Disturb sign anywhere in the room to hang on the door, I don’t see it.
Great stay for the price, and would stay here again, but definitely easier if you don’t have a car to deal with.
basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked flawlessly

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
A nice smaller hotel in a very convenient area with lots of dining options just a block or two away. The breakfast was good even on European standards but not amazing. However my biggest complaint is that the room was VERY small, like you could not pull out the chair at the desk without blocking the walkway by the bed. Think Paris or NYC small. Additionally I spoke to the front desk about checking out early the next day and they said it was no problem. When I went to checkout they demanded that I pay for an extra night even though I had not prepaid and gave them plenty of notice. This felt like highway robbery and frankly seems illegal in the US. I won't be staying there again unless everything else is booked.

2. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 15 Min di camminata (non abbiamo mai preso mezzi, ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi)
3. Parco del valentino a 10 minuti a piedi
Consiglio, e sicuramente ritorneremo.
Pierpaolo e Lorena, (Venezia).
Attention!
