Smidig incheckning utan personal. Personalen är otrolig snäll och försöker bemöta kunderna önskan till bästa förmåga. Rummet var dock lite för liten om man har med sig stora väskor men allt annat var bra.

Perfect Location, Excellent Staff

Stayed a few nights with the family after a city break. Hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location, Information provided before arrival helped with parking. Receptionist super friendly, provided info on cafes, restaurants and places to visit. Bed was very comfy and room very clean. Lovely little Hotel.

Sicuramente da raccomandare

L'esperienza è stata positivissima, la struttura è pulita ed accogliente, gli spazi ampi e curati, la colazione è stata oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa dove l'attenzione per i particolari e per la genuinità è stata posta sempre al primo posto; il personale discreto e cortese è sempre stato disponibile e all'altezza. La posizione invidiabile la pone una spanna al di sopra di qualsiasi altra struttura e il rapporto qualità prezzo non ha eguali. Siamo stati in quattro, sicuramente ogni qualvolta mi ritroverò a tornare a Torino sarà la mia prima scelta.

Convenient. Central location. Immaculate. Very nice breakfast. Elevator= bonus. Room was smaller than expected. Next door to delicious focaccia/pizza, many restaurants, caffè, gelato, shopping, sites, etc. 10min. Uber from Porta Susa. Very nice view/ window we had opened for air flow, but to a busy corridor of overnight activity (people walking home, teens, etc.). One of us slept through, one of us did not, just fyi.🙃

Amazing place! I can rate it as extraordinaire!!!! Our only complaint is the arrogant attitude of one of the staff members greeting the guests. “My wife took an umbrella from the rack and she went to extreme of telling her ‘make sure you bring it back’”. It sounds harmless but together with other acts, it was offensive. During a future visit, hopefully she won’t be there. But, love the place!!!!

Enttäuschend

Eher enttäuschend, die Unterkunft im von außen schönen, historischem Gebäude entpuppte sich im Inneren als eine eher lieblose Pension, ohne Lobby und mit vollgestellten Zimmern. Es gab keinen Frühstücksraum, das Frühstück dann daher in engen Zimmer zwischen Fernseher und Bett statt. Wirklich sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nicht zu empfehlen.
