Staff were fine but the hotel room was far too hot and unfortunately it was noisy, so couldn’t sleep. The hotel is conveniently placed near the shopping centre but was let down by the unbearable heat in the room.

Everything was good. Except if you are looking to explore central Turin you will have to take a metro and it is not walkable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. They should add fresh juices instead of using the ones from the carton. There is a small commercial complex which has a food court.

The room was spacious and comfortable however, when we arrived there were used towels in the bathroom so we are unsure as to wether the room was properly cleaned after previous use. Staff at the desk were helpful and offered us to move to a new room if we wished.

Comfortable and convenient

It is a very nice comfortable hotel with convenient parking. The irritating thing for me is that it was not possible to use a staircase to walk to you room. I prefer not to use elevators for fitness reasons. Of course you could walk down but would then end up outside the hotel. Very strange. Otherwise no complaints.

Due to the mall next to the hotel, dining was easy. There is an Eataly, lots of midrange restaurants and even two fine dining options. Parking was free and more than enough spots were available. I would stay yet again if I am travelling with a car. The building is spectacular, however the AC wasn’t working well enough, so the room never got cold enough, considering the glass facade and the big room sizes - the ac needs to be better. The carpets on the room had black stains, as if someone lit them on fire or dropped their cigarettes and let it burn. It is wasn’t well maintained in that respect. The hotel provides a documents in the room warning about possible thefts etc - so i can’t say it sounded safe in that matter.
