“Blackjackin' & Fine Dinin'!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I checked in, the building appeared nearly empty, yet I was assigned a handicap-accessible room that was not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair around the sink, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a room change, but instead, someone was sent up to clean the room. I also asked for toothpaste and was told it was sold out. When I asked for a travel-size toothpaste, I was told the counter was closed. For a hotel, this level of...

“Amazing. Brand new luxurious hotel.”

“It was a great price but you get what you pay for. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet was so wobbly that it made it difficult to get on/ off. And this was in a handicap room. But other than that it was good!”

“♥️”

“The outside of the inn was decorated nicely and looked VERY inviting. The parking lot was very big with LOTS of space. Once inside you start off in the entry room and looked VERY cozy and clean. The bar room and restaurant was closed when we were there but again, it looked clean and cozy. (We stayed in on their rooms for 2 nights)... Before we got to our room, we saw the "Open to all" kitchenette which had a full size fridge, with drinks muffins and bread for patrons staying there and room to...

The Ramada sign was not lighted and the lobby looked dark, but the door was unlocked so I went in. When I asked to see the room, I was told "Our rooms are beautiful. We have no complaints." Once I got to the nonsmoking room I had booked, I discovered that the room was either smoked in heavily and/or had mold or mildew. I had a full blown asthma attack. I went back to...

“Excellent stay here. One of my best experience ever. Room and facilities are clean. Friendly and caring staffs are all over. I will definitely come back here for more stay.”

“On the night of the 19th, our arrival day, for some unexplained reason, the water coming out of the spigot on the bathroom sink, after opening the "COLD" handle, wasn't cold; it was warm water! In the morning, it was cold.”

“Very clean, helpful front desk staff, breakfast very good, bed comfortable.”
