It was very clean. It would have been nice if there was either extra toilet paper in the room or a full roll when arriving because the room had very little toilet paper but other than that it was good

Pretty good value, room was updated and clean, exercise room had some broken equipment, staff was friendly and professional and helpful, coffee could be better but it’s nice there’s some breakfast options. I’m happy I stayed here as it was good for the price and would recommend them.

6/10 Okay

The front desk personnel at checkout was friendly and incredibly helpful, which was a different experience than we experienced at the front desk the night before. There was an unpleasant odor in the room and the dispenser over the toilet was dirty. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. The towels were clean also.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. But as a single woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe due to the people hanging in the parking lot outside my window and the surrounding area was sketchy. I had to call the police twice… and I normally don’t do that. Playing loud music, honking their horns… it was obnoxious. I feel bad saying this as the people running the hotel seemed pleasant and hardworking.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was vegan and the grounds are pretty well kept. The ac was good and the environment was getting nice. The gym was also decent. I’d say good value for the price. Nice towels and supplies. Wish the beds were a bit bigger for two people. No water to drink except in a small water fountain in one spot for the whole facility.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Hartford/Utica area. The facility was well maintained, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the ammities at this side was very useful. The morning breakfast was also not bad either. The only draw back from this facility was there is no pool, and my kids were a little bored because they could not go out to a pool. But this was a great staff for me and my family.

Amazing breakfast & staff, the rooms where dirty though. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, the tissue holder only had 2 tissues & the one of the bedsheets where stained with something black. Kind staff but not that good of a clean room

Rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was nice. The only thing that I would suggest not allowing the people that smoke stand by the front door other than that, it was a good visit.

A little out of the way as really nothing in the area you could walk to. Stores, restaurants, etc a short drive away. We were conveniently placed at the back of the hotel near an exit as we were with our dog, so maybe other areas of the hotel seem brighter. A decent stopover with an included breakfast but nothing special.
