โThis property was clean!! I can emphasize enough how clean everything was. In my opinion, it was also very modern. I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. โWe did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing.
Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojoโs restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back โ
โExcellent chill environment with a very professional staff. It was a smaller resort which made it very cozy. Booking excursions was easy and the hotel took care of it all. A definite recommendation. โ
โMy husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. โSomerset is so good we almost donโt want to write a review so no one knows about it :)
Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. โ
โOur experience was excellent the young lady was very pleasant. She let us check in early because of the hurricane. We were also granted a late check out and she even treated us to taxi ride in town to get coffee and something to eat. I would definitely stay here again if i were in Turks and Caicos again. โ
