"Location, location location if you are a regular at the Elbphilharmonie then this is heaven for you, you just need few steps to be inside the concert hall, the views from the room are stunning , the Spa is really good, breakfast is amazing and all the staff there are fabulous, the only drawback in the hotel is the express service or speed service button on the phone sadly no one answers the line in a hotel which is a Marriott I never experienced this before and the reason is always we are busy,...

"Mix reviews with this hotel. I’ll start with positive review: -good location, close to good restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas! We were able to walk to various places. -room was comfortable! There’s a washer/dryer, microwave, good size fridge, dishwasher and stove. We slept well on the bed. The washer and dryer was very handy since we still had two other countries ro visit. -buffet breakfast was decent. Same food daily but it was good. -

"Overall the hotel property was excellent! The rooms were spacious and very modern -incorporating best of class technology for room controls. The service for the restaurant could be improved - as we felt the waiters were not well versed with the menu and might not be as trained. We didn’t understand what the purpose of the bar at the atrium when the waiters still had to go to the rooftop bar to get drinks. Our toilet rolls were replaced when the rooms are serviced which felt unnecessary. Loved...
