Wonderful ocean front property on Tybee, it’s not fancy but the hotel has been kept well. Friendly staff, breakfast/coffee fresh and complimentary in am’s. I have stayed here several times as a close getaway from Atlanta.

Excellent location for us as we were visiting family on Wilmington Island. Beach access was most favorable. one drawer for clothing had some sand residue there so was not able to use that. but the wardrobe was good. Breakfast choices were limited, but as far as continental it was good for our purposes.

Unfortunately the beach access was not available because of erosion on the way down to the beach but not any fault of the hotel. We had to access the beach a block down the road. Breakfast was above average but the coffee was good. I would rate 4 out of 5 for the price paid and amenities. Keep in mind, the Tybee Island is a tourist destination and will never be reasonably priced during tourist season.. still a good place to stay.

When we checked in they gave us a room without a balcony. When we spoke to the front desk about the error they provided a room with a balcony but oceanview was through the parking lot. The room was clean. The bridge to the beach was out. The only beach towels are the ones that were for purchase. Also no beach chairs or umbrellas, you will need to bring them with you. The staff was nice and helpful. If you pay with a credit card there is a 3% fee.

Great room and view. Breakfast was okay. I was hoping the have eggs and hot meals. The pool, room views and access to the beach are the best part of the stay. They charge $20 per towel for pool and beach so bring one along. Over all great experience.

The staff was extremely helpful. I saw maintenance in groundskeeping people all the time cleaning and just taking care of the property. The people were very nice, the atmosphere of the hotel itself was very nice compared to some of the other hotels I've stayed at on the island...

We loved the view from our room. It was very clean. The breakfast was okay. The beach was having issues. You had to just 2 and a half ft down to the main level of the beach. So if was very, very difficult to get back up to the walkway to the hotel. There was not much in the way of dining choices and alot them had only street parking which was an exorbitant $5/hr. Both Savannah and Beaufort had very reasonable parking fees. But the main reason we went was a success. The Perseides meteor shower was awesome. :)

While the room was clean and the a/c worked great - the phone and alarm clock didn’t work, I was disappointed to find out they no longer put out umbrella with chairs that could be reserved - that was a wonderful plus Maybe leave the pool open til 10 or 11pm with how hot it gets

The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. 1. The room did not have the full ocean view that I expected. 2. There was no convenient place inside the bathroom to wash your hands, which was very inconvenient. 3. Some of the staff members were extremely kind, friendly, polite, and helpful, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. However, I also had a few unpleasant interactions with other staff members. For example, late at night I asked if they had a bandage, and the response was very unfriendly and dismissive. The next morning, I asked a simple question and again received a cold and unfriendly response. I believe all guests should receive the same level of courtesy and assistance. 4. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Overall, I expected a better experience for the price and would not choose this hotel again.
