"The actual unit was fairly clean on the inside but the screened in area was dirty, with torn screens. The toilet was hard to flush. The plastic chairs were cracked and unsafe to sit on. The backyard was unusable. The street had some construction going on and the noise was loud. It would be nice if it had more comfortable seating in the living area."
