Swimming pool and fish pond, upgrades available to 2 bed or 3 bed family, Only thing negative is no restaurant but 7/11 Indomart 10metres across the road each side every 50 metres apart."

"The location of the hotel is good, close to Malioboro Street (the main shopping area). The staff welcomed us with a cool and refreshing drink. However, the condition of our bathroom does not match the 5-star "luxury" rating. The vanity and the bathroom door are basically covered by some adhesive materials. It feels like a 2-star hotel! The buffet breakfast is decent, offering a variety of choices. Nevertheless, I did expect more since it's a 5-star hotel. Overall, the hotel did not live up to my 5-star expectations! "
