"Our confirmed and receipted booking wasn't showing on the system so we were told we couldn't book in. After a long and tiring wait, we were allowed a key. The room heating was off, shower bracket is placed at knee height so totally useless. There's a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee and only one glass. Towels are worn and stained. A very poor effort - would not recommend."

The hotel is located in a mall that is not in great shape; the hotel itself is like an oasis and is really well-furnished especially when compared to its surroundings. The team was exceedingly helpful, ensured that I got to the airport on time to catch an early plane. The price was great. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, for anyone concerned. "
