“The property was absolutely beautiful but that being said we had some major issues. First off you need a serious 4wd vehicle to even get to the property and had no idea before. Luckily we had a 4wd suv and it barely made it. Once we got there the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were very impressed. We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor...

“Everything was good. Small but comfortable rooms , no noise , hot water . WiFi is not the best in the rooms , but good in the lobby. Good staff and security . Next to the main walking street in centro. Lot of restaurants and activities.”
“When I check in, receptionist didn't explain well about services that I'll get even I asked about that. Also, he didn't let that information to the other places like spa. When I went to Spa, I have to wait for looong time to check this situation. They seemed not communicated well.
