Já descrevi minha insatisfação na estadia de 13/06. As reservas foram p descanso do meio da viagem (ida e volta p Pirenópolis-GO). Ficamos no mesmo quarto 105 das 2 vezes. Não pedi outro quarto achando q seguem o mesmo esquema, e que teriam providenciado o conserto da torneira do chuveiro. Nas reclamações do quarto só teve uma pequena limpeza do frigobar. Até embaixo da cama estava sujo. Banheiro c mofo nos azulejos do Box e torneira do registro do chuveiro solta. Café da manhã c café ruim e frio, leite tbm morno. O mamão estava refatiado de fatias e pouquíssimo. Abacaxi em poucas fatias, não chegando a completar a tigela. Queijo branco tbm em fatias bem finas. Suco de laranja c gosto ruim. Não há variedades de bolos. As fotos do site no café, mostram mais abundância dos itens e as do quarto e banheiro estão bem limpos. Os funcionários só tive contato c a moça no check-in q passou instruções. O rapaz no check-out, conferindo se havia pendências. Ambos educados. No café do dia 14/06, a sala estava parcialmente interditada por vazamentos no teto (estava chovendo). No estacionamento não houve problemas. Havia poucos carros e tem portão automático acionado na recepção. Foram estadias frustrantes. Não retornaremos e nem indicaremos a outros hóspedes. Deixo salientado a inconformidade por não haver toalhas de rosto e cabides: itens básicos!!

O quarto é como está no site MAS NÃO HÁ toalha de rosto. NÃO HÁ cabides no armário. O colchão é mto mais usado do q confortável. A torneira do chuveiro está solta: ao movimentá-la p regular a temperatura, ela cai. O Box está c mofo nos rejuntes. Uma fronha estava suja e solicitei a troca: fui atendida. O frigobar estava c sujeira. O quarto está em cima da cozinha e a janela situada p o vão livre , traz todo barulho de serviço e conversa entre funcionários. O café, têm itens como no site MAS É DIFERENTE NA APRESENTAÇÃO, ex: o mamão não é inteiro fatiado e sim, algumas fatias Refatiadas. O abacaxi, mínimo de fatias q não ocupam a travessa, a qual é pequena. O mesmo acontece c o queijo branco. O café é ruim e mais p frio do que quente. Suco de laranja tbm tem gosto ruim. Canais da tv só alguns da tv aberta. Fizemos as reserva p dia 13/06 (descanso p ida à Pirenópolis- GO) e 19/06 (descanso p volta de GO). O QUARTO da primeira foi 105. Enviei avaliação. O QUARTO da segunda foi o MESMO. NÃO PEDI A TROCA por avaliar q a única diferença entre os outros seria somente a torneira do chuveiro. Por não aceitar o cancelamento NÃO TROCAMOS DE HOTEL. NÃO RETORNAREMOS E NÃO RECOMENDAMOS. OPINIÃO: Coloquem no site q o hotel não fornece toalhas de rosto e cabides. Itens básicos p estadias, independente dos dias de permanência. Já fizemos mtas viagens, inclusive internacionais e NUNCA TIVEMOS ausência desses itens.

Quarto ótimo, camas excelentes, equipe educada. Acho que só por um motivo não dei 05 estrelas. O primeiro dia de café da manhã tava tudo amanhecido, não sei se por ser o primeiro dia do ano, pós ano novo, o café da manhã está com pão e um tipo de bolinho, tudo duro com cara de amanhecido. Mas no restante dos dias estava bom, simples mas bom.
