Amazing house in quiet area

The house is amazing and very private. In a quiet area but close to everything. A good grocery store a few minutes walk away (and a smaller one 150m away) the staff is super helpful and accommodated all requests. We got a flower pool for my birthday and the floating breakfast one morning. Everything was super nice and communication through WhatsApp was great! Thank you! I hope to be back soon!

The property was all good except few things. It was mostly neat and clean. The manager Dewa was also really responsive and good with all the questions asked and arranged us the bike. Gave all the suggestions too. The cleaned the room daily and surprisingly, if we took care, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Minus: There was no body wash, there was little leaking in the bathroom.

Lovely villa that operates more like a hotel. Their driver from the airport to the villa was very nice and waited around for us even when we took longer due to lost luggage and brought us to a shop to get a sim card on the way to the villa. Our villa was left unlocked 3 times by cleaning staff we did mention it the last time. There is a noisy car shop about two villas away but they only opeate during the day and its very peaceful at night. The front gate to lock the villa is not very secure so you have to leave all your items in the bedroom area to lock. The lvingrooom and kitchen are open to the outdoors so there are small geckos that are more scared of you then anything. There are A LOT of ants and the small ones bite so dont leave anything out. The hot water doesnt last in the shower for even 1 person. There are no laundry facilities on site. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove full sized fridge and water dispenser, toaster and blender with all pots pans plates cups utensils. The included breakfast can be booked the night before and they will deliver at your requested time. You can also purchase additional room service meals if needed. The pool is about 5 ft in the deep end and cycles and chemicals are automatically done each day. The blackout curtains work very well to keep the sun out if you want to sleep in. There are several convenience stores very close by. Very central location and can grab a quick gojek to anywhere you want to go.

A lovely little intimate villa, perfect for us as a young family. My little one loved the pool and being able to swim anytime. The bedroom is quite spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom My favourite part was they came to cook us breakfast in the morning so we were able to wake up and have it all ready to eat poolside which was amazing.

The manager on duty was unresponsive to our calls and messages, despite us reaching out regarding a serious concern. We discovered two large reptiles in our room and immediately sent photos to him, yet received no response. Additionally, his demeanor during check-in was unprofessional and rude. Due to these circumstances, we were unable to stay in the villa even for a single night. I believe there should be customer policies in place that allow guests to lodge formal complaints and seek refunds in situations like this. I reaching out to expedia
