โThe welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in. Arriving over the new year weekend, we were slightly concerned that onward travel would be difficult but they helped us find a taxi at a very reasonable price. We also used their in house Safari and the driver / guide was brilliant. Highly recommended.โ
โWe stayed for one night for the Safari. The property is well maintained, clean and it is as described. The owner is very responsive, offer good service. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the reservation after the Safari. I would definitely recommend this place. โ

Fick en egen jeep som kรถrde runt oss utan stress och under en hel eftermiddag i nationalparken till ett bra pris. Sรฅg mรฅnga elefanter, fรฅglar, krokodiler, apor, vattenbuffel, hjort, mm Trevlig personal som ville vรฅrt bรคsta och som tom. fixade fram nรฅgra รถl genom att skick bud med Tuk-tuk. Suverรคn service. Enkla men fungerande rum. Bra pool som var hรคrlig...
โAgthira river camp was excellent. The staff were all friendly and the room was so nice. Looking onto the river was very relaxing and hours were spent watching the monkeys. The buffet in the morning and evening was great. The safari was booked via the hotel and was a great experience.โ

Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff.
Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari.
Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up.
Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book.

โWe had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....
โI canโt recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi! Evening watching fireflies in the dark.
The food both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Eric also helped book our safari trip witch was terrific!โ

โWe loved our time here whilst visiting for safari and we couldnโt recommend staying here enough. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the hosts made the experience extra special, everyone was so friendly! Food was delicious and plentiful. We were very grateful to find this hidden gem! Thank you to the hosts, we hope to come back to visit one day! โ

โUnfortunately I am not able to review Dil Lanka Safari Resort, because when we arrived, the manager was very surprised to see us and said that he had no booking from us (three people, two rooms). Ultimately it was resolved (with help from our Sri Lankan driver) and we were given our money back (booking was prepaid). The grounds looked nice, so you could take your chances, but make sure you do nรณt prepay your reservation.โ
