“温泉は大浴場も露天風呂も充分な広さがあり、人が多くても足を伸ばしてゆったりできました。部屋（和室）は築年数相応ではありましたが、清掃が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。フロントや売店のスタッフの対応もとても感じがよかったです。”

“My room 桃 was next to the entrance so it is noisy when noisy guests come in/out. Has free laundry service. Suggest hotel put up signs because the entrance is off the street and GoogleMap direction and even the hotel check in confirmation points to a private home. Poor family must have been disturbed at all hours. Only 2 minutes from station if you don’t follow Google Map ^_^ Cafe 81 across the street is friendly and has storage lockers for a fee. ”

“The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. ”
