We were a large family. Irene and her team made sure our stay would be perfect: the rooms were impeccable, breakfast was excellent (they even accomodated some special requests), and they were always charming and responsive with any queries and needs.

Incrível este lugar, prédio antigo lindamente renovado. Detalhes perfeitos de arquitetura, muito confortável e cheio de charme. Fiquei encantada! Perto do centro de Otranto 11 min de carro. Ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã bom. Único detalhe que pra mim não foi nota 10 é que a área do banho é bem pequena. Mas isso não mudou minha satisfação com a estadia.

B&B confortevole e proprietari persone deliziose.

Camera e bagno pulitissimi e ben arredati; ottime e abbondanti colazioni con dolci buonissimi preparati dalla proprietaria, frutta fresca ecc. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile ci ha consigliato ogni giorno itinerari e spiagge bellissimi. Torneremo sicuramente.

elegante b&b vicino ad Otranto

la ristrutturazione curatissima di un'antica filanda ha reso confortevole, suggestivo, questo b&b dove la poroprietaria e un' amica sanno accogliertiti e consigliarti.... Non si rimpiange di essere a qualche chilometro dal mare o da Otranto. ottime colazioni con torte fatte in casa sempre diverse e buonissime. tutto davvero ok.

Un dolce soggiorno

Non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore per il nostro soggiorno in Salento. Un luogo accogliente, pulito e confortevole. Personale gentilissimo che si dedica completamente agli ospiti. La colazione offre prodotti di qualità e un’ampia scelta di dolci fatti in casa. La posizione è comoda e permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto il centro di Otranto e le numerose spiagge che offre. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, speriamo di poterci tornare!

E' situata in un paesino a pochi minuti di auto da Otranto. La struttura è interessante anche dal punto di vista architettonico, molto ben arredata e pulitissima. Ottima la prima colazione e gentilissimi i proprietari. La consiglio.

La Filanda is a little jewel.

This is by far the best little boutique hotel I have stayed in in Italy. The history of the building is facinating and newly redesigned by the owner who is also a renowned architect. These are truly lovely and helpful people who will make your stay very comfortable.
