"It was really close to the Okayama train/skinkansan station for around 5-min walk. It was also near lots of restaurants/shops. They put all the towels you need in the box (equal to the number of days you stayed and number and people). However, they didn't provide any cleaning service. "The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry on top. A great free washing machine."
