"Of all the hotels I have been too, this one is the craziest one I ever stayed at. It’s like it’s caught up in the past with itself; sort of like the TWA hotel at JFK international airport. And it caters to fly Crews from all over the world 🌍  But the best part it has all these crazy rooms to relax in as shown here; such as the Omnipoint room and the Wii room. BTW - it has a great swimming pool as well."

"Es céntrico, es un hotel limpio, esta bien localizado a pocos pasos de la terminal de trenes, esta al frente del museo reina sofia, las habitacion no tiene nevera, tiene buen AC, todo los del front desk no son amables porque no saludan nunca. El restaurante bar que esta justo al lado es muy bueno y conveniente, el personal del bar es muy amable."

"Overall a great pitstop to stay at before catching a flight. The shuttle system provided was great and affordable. Friendly staff as well and rooms were quite nice. The only thing I want to address is for the supper service, I am not pleased with whoever manages it or handles the shift scheduling for that, because they were severely understaffed and the poor waiter was doing everything to manage how busy they had gotten, such as taking orders, bringing out food, cleaning up finished tables, seating guests, answering questions, translating for the bartender etc. It really makes you feel bad as a customer when you can see employees struggling. And keep in mind this is a complaint against whoever isn’t staffing the supper service properly, NOT a complaint against the waiter. They did an incredible job."
