"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "It was THE BEST stay we had stayed in Korea this summer! Loved their warm hospitality! We were presently surprised that we were able to check-in before 3pm. Most Korean hotels won’t let you check in b4 3. Our room got upgraded and a recently renovated property was beautiful. The location was perfect too-beach front and right in the middle of haeundae beach-very convenient and easy to get around. We appreciated a prompt housekeeping service (every time we left the room and turned on « make up room » light , it was nicely done right away. A pool attendant was very flexible and let my 6 year old son who can swim not wear a life jacket which can be irritating in some other hotels in Korea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back when we visit Busan again! "
