“Lovely property in safe and quiet area. Direct access to beach, although we did not swim there, but very clean. Room was very spacious and comfortable although lacks natural light. Pool area is very nice with loungers and seating, some in a shaded gazebo. There are books and games available. Breakfast catered for us as vegetarians, fruit and cereals plus cooked options. “The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!”
