โThe new bath towels were not provided for 2 consecutive days. I needed to call the hotel operator every night. The complementary water was also missed after room cleaning on a day. Tips were put every morning though..โ
โWe absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we werenโt sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses).
