"I literally left my 2 night stay in Washington D.C. to come back to Roost, when I say this place is TOP TIER it’s TOP TIER. We normally book the King room but I booked the Queen room to see how it is and it’s amazing as well, it’s more intimate to me. It’s just enough space for you and your love one. Roost will always be my top favorite. Can’t wait to visit again"
"We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. "

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
"We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses). There is an Aldi’s and a wine and liquor store nearby; we stocked our fridge with snacks for our evening wind-down time. There is also a bagel shop within walking distance for morning coffees and whatnot. We felt safe in the neighborhood and beyond. I need to return to Philly for further medical testing and my first task, after scheduling my appointment(s) is to book hopefully the same room, or any small room in the house (I will probably be alone next time, now that I am an “expert” in navigating the city! 😄"
