I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after checking out. That's great! In all, I think it is an affordable place to stay near UPenn. "
