Fantastic service, excellent food - in particular the breakfast was exceptional! The pools and facilities were terrific as well. The staff were super friendly and very attentive no matter where we were in the resort. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay and we would be happy to come back and stay here again!

The reception area is very impressive in its design and architecture. First impressions have that Wow! Factor. The reception staff are equally impressive in their welcome and then friendly and helpful service. Facilities within including restaurants; gym and spa, and pool were all excellent. Can’t really find fault with this hotel and loved our stay here

Best hotel experience

By far the best hotel experience ever. The staff is so sweet and thoughtful - they truly make the stay here wonderful. The food, the room, the amenities, the pools - everything was perfect. We would love to return to Renaissance another time.
