Beautiful hotel with great facilities, and the rooms are top-notch. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

This is my second time staying at the Renaissance. The first time was so enjoyable that we decided to stay again on this visit to Bali. Everyone is genuinely very friendly, warm and welcoming. My husband and I had the best couples massage at the spa! I can’t wait until my next visit to Bali!

Fantastic service, excellent food - in particular the breakfast was exceptional! The pools and facilities were terrific as well. The staff were super friendly and very attentive no matter where we were in the resort. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay and we would be happy to come back and stay here again!
