"They did not send me a room service to clean tge apartment and they almost made me late to the airport because they were trying not to give me my security. The stay was fine its jus not professional when it comes to checking in and checking out"

There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...
