“The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. ”

“The property is excellent and very safe in the building but the car park is very shady with druggies in the corners.”

Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! “Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...
