Terres de France - Appart'Hôtel Rouen Flaubert

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was big, with a large kitchen, and there were several shops nearby (Carrefour, Coccinelle and Leclerc). The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel is not far from the city centre (about a 20-minute walk). The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are basic but spacious. There are also lots of services available on the reception floor, although we didn't use any of them. One difficulty we had was that Google Maps couldn't find the hotel's address. To reach the hotel, you have to use the name of the restaurant next to it: Gold Beef."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and comfortable and of a reasonable size. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and close to all the restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Friendly staff, great interpersonal skills and very warm welcoming. The accommodation is ultra clean and in a lovely setting. Not far and easy walk into the centre and cathedrals. In house food exceptional."

"A lovely hotel in the heart of town. The only issue we encountered was with the parking. You need a code to get through to the centre where the hotel is then to be buzzed into the actual car park. It would be useful if this information was provided prior to arriving The staff were kind and room was excellent"

"The hotel is in a nice building but the first room which we checked into had a horrible smell. Then they placed us in another room which also had the same smell. The staff was kind enough to give us free breakfast, but it was still inconvenient to live in that room for one night with that horrible smell."
