"Close to the Canadian Tire Centre and across from Tanger Outlets. Free parking, free breakfast, and dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The room could have been cleaner. We found a spider crawling by the door when we arrived, and it was obvious the floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We found another spider in the bathroom the next day, maybe being on the ground floor contributed to that. The biggest disappointment was housekeeping. We arrived Wednesday and were told our room would be serviced on Friday. I specifically left the room for over 3 hours with my dog in +30°C weather only to return to an untouched room which was frustrating. After speaking with the front desk, someone arrived but asked me to leave again, at that point I just asked for the garbage to be emptied and fresh towels. If you're travelling with a dog, be aware they can't be left unattended in the room, even if you just want to use the pool or gym. Thankfully the room was spacious enough for me to do my workouts. The walls also aren't very soundproof, so my dog barked everytime she heard something which made me worry about disturbing other guests. Not much grass space for potty breaks, but there is a nice walking path across the street. Breakfast had a good variety each morning. My only other suggestion would be to add more outdoor garbage bins around the property for dog waste. Despite a few issues, we'd stay here again and plan to return in the fall."
