“Great location in downtown Marquette, in a building from the early 20th century. The pub is great, with excellent food; it opens at 4 pm. There is no restaurant service before that time, but there are good options within walking distance, and my room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, so I made breakfasts there. “room was clean. it had good views. staff was very helpful. Few things that I would share: 1. the main pic on Expedia (with 4 brown buildings) is not correct; those are condos. We were in one of the "dark grey" buildings 2. these were older buildings, and had a "cabin-y" / musky smell to it 3. free breakfast - if you are a vegetarian - leaves much to be desired for. “I didn't like the "silent fan" in the bathroom. If you're just chilling and watching TV, you can hear poots, piddles, and splashes. Also, the bathroom vent is connected to the neighboring bathroom so you can hear whatever they're doing in the bathroom: shower, flushing, talking, baby crying, sneezing (I almost said bless you through the vent lol). “The room was okay. The water pressure was horrible. Upon arrival they didn’t have my reservation. 15-20 minutes to confirm reservation. No breakfast. No one in office. Didn’t even sign anything for the room which, I found strange but needed to get back on the road. It was okay for the price and will probably stay again considering I have family in the area and choice of motels are limited. Just some strange series of events.”
