“Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. We also found that some of the information provided on the property listing at the time of booking to be somewhat questionable, suggesting a cabin size of 215 sq ft and containing a bathroom, which we now understand relates to facilities in a separate building on the property. We will not be booking again.”

“To start out I want to be clear that this is a lovely little cottage, that had a good amount of space on the ground floor. The staircase is exceptionally steep being an old cottage, they are not easy to navigate with luggage etc. The cottage is on the main road through the area, so you do get a bit of road noise, but it's not a massive issue. The main challenge for me is that the listing on expedia is a completely different location and very misleading. The property is not in Shrewsbury like...

“Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!! Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!”
