“Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :) ”

“숙소는 박물관같아요 오래되었지만 관리를 꾸준히 하는듯합니다 수영장이 있어요 별건없지만 조식을 줍니다 방으로 가는길은 복잡하지만 흥미롭습니다 방에 냉장고가 없습니다 정말 힘든것은 수건입니다 온몸에 먼지가 묻습니다 씻어도 시원하지않아요 수건때문에 힘들었습니다 그리고 소음입니다 방음이 전혀되지않아요 밤새 시끄러워요 그리고 천장에 거미줄이 있고 곳곳에 먼지가 있어요 침구는 깨끗합니다 ”

“This property is unique, we absolutely loved it It is a perfect location and the staff are fabulous and really helpful If you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not it, but if you want to stay in a place that has so much old world charm and character then this is the place for you, absolutely fabulous”

“The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. ”

“호텔은 전반적으로 깔끔합니다. 다만 방에 따라 차이가 있지만 창문이 없는 방이 반이상 입니다 청소가 일부 미흡한 부분이 있어서 요청하여 처리 하였으나 좀더 세심히 관리를 해주었으면 좋을듯 합니다 리셉션 직원은 친절하나 다른 직원들은 거의 보는둥 마는둥 합니다. 조식은 기대하지 마세요”

“There was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroach’s? ”

“The hotel was conveniently located next to Sawaraku General Hospital. The coin laundry was well-equipped. It was nice that the convenience store was open until late at night.”
