Very nice and comfy place in a small town, view is amazing. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Room and washroom are pretty good. No restaurants nearby but staff can help in ordering food.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi Ortahisar kalesini en iyi gören bir otel. Ulaşım olarak Göreme,üçhisar mevkilerine yakın olması da ayrı güzeldi. Personel gayet ilgili ve canayakındı.Tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Konumu itibariyle Kaleyi görüyor manzara muhteşem. Sakşnlik dinginlik isteyenlerin kaçırmaması gereken bir lokasyon. Kahvalyı çok iyiydi. Personel güler yüzli. Müdür bey ve reception isimlerini bilmiyorum ancak sağosunlar çok yardımcı oldular 111 nolu oda mükemmel :)

It is not in the busy and heavy concentration of tourist, but at the same time well connected to all main areas in 10 - 20 mins driving. Staff is very supportive and show great hospitality. Breakfast can be improved, and somebody has to tell the mosque to lower the level of the speakers as they pray at 4 am every day...

Huzur Dolu Bir Tatil

Rezervasyonumuzu yaparken önce tereddütte kaldık ama iyi ki seçmişiz burayı.Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren ilgi alaka çok güzeldi.Biz Deluxe oda rezervasyonu yapmıştık.Odamız gayet güzeldi.Jakuzi ve Hamam köşesi tüm yorgunluğumuzu aldı.Çok güzel geniş manzaralı terasları var.Sessiz sakin ve huzur dolu bir oteldi.Ayrıca restauranttaki lezzetli akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı gayet başarılıydı.Bölgeye özgü şarapları da gerçekten güzeldi.Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere... :)

Akşam Ahmet Bey, Sabah Yusuf Bey ve ismini şu an hatırlayamadığım ama sanırım Osman olan Beyefendi çok ilgiliydi. Benim yanlış hatırladığımı sonradan arkadaşlarımdan öğrendiğim menü hesabını dahi, hiç ikiletmeden eksik hali ile aldılar. Tamamen müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir işletme.

otel genel anlamda iyiydi. öncelikle yerleşim yeri olarak ortahisar hakkında fazla bilgi bulunamıyor. ancak otel son derece sakin ve ortahisar kalesi manzaralı. bu bölge daha çok tercih edilmeli.hem ürgüpe,hem göremeye eşit mesafede. odalarda klima yok;ancak klimaya gerek de yok.çünkü akşamları yeteri kadar serin oluyor.kışları merkezi ısıtması mevcutmuş. özellikle kaldığımız onix oda herşeyi ile hoşumuza gitti.(jakuzsi,yatağı, oturma bölümü,odanın ambiyansı...) kahvaltısı tatmin edici.ancak çeşit daha da arttırılabilir. personelleri yardımsever ,temizlik gayet iyi. her yönüyle tercih edilebilir bir otel.
