Magical property in the hills of Urgup. Zeydem has less than 20 rooms, enough to make you feel you're in excellent company, but not crowded. Rooms are HUGE cave rooms, and what I would describe as rustic luxury. We stayed at senior suites with, sitting rooms, huge tubs and delicious showers. In the mornings, breakfast is served in the dining room and is a major asset: Delicious, fresh, excellent service. We also had dinner in the dining room and it was equally super. Big shout out to the dining room manager. THe owner is friendly and helpful and the staff could not do enough for us, including booking our Hot Air Balloon ride.

The room Ac was really almost non functional. Given how hot the temperature was I wish they have better AC system. Infact the 2nd bedroom had nothing to keep you cool. Our kid had to sleep in the couch due to that. Other than that the property is really nice well maintained and staff is excellent and very attentive.

A Shameful Bait and Switch

The room presented on Hotels.com was really beautiful. We were so looking forward to our "538 sq ft Superior Suite" but as soon as we walked into the room I knew something was wrong. Obviously they gave us the wrong room. This small, plain room was not the one I booked, the room shown so dramatically on Hotels.com. But the joke was on us. They explained that they have 9 "Superior Suites". One of them is the one in the photographs with multiple rooms, interior columns and arches, upscale furniture and features. The other eight rooms did not have any of that. Sorry.
