“새벽에 도착, 버스시간을 잘못알았으나 취소 못하고, 그냥 2박을 다 냈는데, 일단 도착해서 아무도 없어 20분동안 찾으러 다녔다. 조식도 달라고 해야 그제서 준비한다. 너무 종류도 없다. 만들 당시에는 신경써서 만든 것 같고 시설내부도 이쁘지만, 서비스는 최악이다. 프로정신이 없는것 같다. 정말 너무 실망. 야경만 좋다.”

“The hotel was nice overall, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. The location was not ideal, as we needed to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, the tours we booked were able to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was convenient. The concierge was not always at the front desk, and at one point we found him sleeping on one of the sofas in the lobby, which we found quite unprofessional. Breakfast was good, and the patio has a beautiful view....

“Çalışanlar ilgiki ve yardımseverdi. Aile işletmesi tarzı butik bir otel. Konumu ürgüp merkezde ulaşım problemi yok. Direk bir otopark yok otelin önüne park ediyorsunuz. Boş olmadığı durumlarda biraz uzağa park etmeniz gerekebilir. Biz çatı katı odasında kaldık. Oda biraz kullanışsızdı çoğu yerde eğilerek hareket etmeniz lazım rezervasyon yaparken sormakta fayda var.”
