We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. The hotel is a beautiful stone building spread over several levels on the hillside with a pool and carious outdoor areas. Breakfast was good with the ability to order eggs or omlete to taste

Stunning hotel with amazing views surrounding the property and very chilled vibes. The rooms are lovely, a good size and give you a cave like experience. They are clean, the beds are comfortable and there are cute courtyards to chill in, outside your rooms. Spectacular views from the pool, it’s slightly small but it was very clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and a beautiful courtyard to eat it in. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the views are stunning from the rooftop and we had some drinks there. A special shout-out to Eray and Ismail who went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Great location, with very friendly locals and great souvenirs on offer demonstrating the area’s craftsmanship. The area is not very crowded and feels a more authentic Turkish experience.

Good place just noisy

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy. Our room could hear everything. The staff going up the stairs at five in the morning making noise early in the morning you could hear everything. I don’t know if it’s just because our room was located right underneath everything. But it was really hard to get rest with all the noise. I thought I had booked a room that had a balcony and I was told that there was no balconies. Other than that everything was great.

The Excexra hotel is a beautiful property however not in a nice area. Our room was spacious and lovely. I believe it to be a large tour hotel as it is close to Georme and was full of tours and tour buses. If I booked again I would book in Georme as it is a very cute town basically the same price. The staff were not that friendly and most of the amenities were closed when were there. We were unable to use the spa and spa facilities. Which was the whole reason we booked the hotel In the first place. When asking for a cork screw for our wine, were informed we were not allowed to drink wine on the property that was our own. Overall it was ok.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a maze of floors and rooms, beautiful view and the layout and all is spectacular. Plenty of stairs, so be mindful with kids and older people (Luckily our parents got one of the top floor rooms and didn't have to climb all those flights of stairs. The pool was pretty cold and not very big, but it served its purpose and the children loved it. Beautiful, spacious bathrooms and very comfy rooms. We had minor issues with the internet connection. The staff wouldn't give us wifi password and demanded to type it on our devices in person and we noticed other customers at the reception were experiencing the same issue. It wasn't a biggie though. The only downside was when we asked for late check-out (the check out was at noon and we asked to stay until 3pm) and the receptionist wanted to charge us 100 EUR for an additional 3 hrs of stay!!!! This was a ridiculous experience.

Unfortunately the personal stuff on the reception was horrible. They were not helpful or kind. We asked them twice which time our shuttle will come on the next day for the transport to the airport and they have said the wrong time. We got confirmed the time even in handwritten form. Furthermore the stuff on the reception couldn’t speak English as well and they didn’t care if you tell them problems or concerns. The food in the restaurant was good and also the personal stuff in the restaurant was nice and very friendly. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are pretty. Unfortunately the cleaning stuff forgot also the dirty cleaning sponge in the room which represents not really a good side in point of the workers and their motivation. Nevertheless, it would be for the hotel itself good to present educated stuff on the reception because it’s the first image from the hotel.

I stayed five nights at this hotel. The hotel room is nice and spacious. Unfortunately, my reservation was messed up and they brought me to a room with three beds when I only requested a double bed on my reservation. The breakfast was okay; they served the same meals every time, and the dinner was lovely. The room I stayed in was not soundproof and had no privacy. The landline phone did not work, and the air conditioner would turn off randomly. The customer service I received from the dining staff was fantastic; I would have given this place a 4/5. However, some of the receptionist staff are terrible and rude. I understand there's a language barrier, and I had to use Google Translate to communicate with some of them. During my check-out, one of the luggage attendant staff demanded that I tip him 100TL for getting my two checked luggage in my room. When I asked if he was joking, he told me it was customary to tip to get checked suitcases in rooms. I would have tipped him if he didn't have a rude demeanor. I would not recommend this place to foreigners, save your money and go elsewhere with better staff hospitality.

Lovely stay.Not all rooms are elderly accessible.

we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good. We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs. otherwise would recommend.
