"This hotel is a 10 Star in our opinion! A Must for any age traveler! The property is so charming and inviting. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and knows the area so well! We are just in awe! We stayed three nights and wanted to stay for a month. The rooms are so cozy and roomy, the restaurant was next to our room and so convenient. The food was delicious and the rooftop bar was magnificent. The Poem coffee shop was something I looked forward to a couple of times a day. Always the perfect latte with a cookie and a Rumi poem. And the spa, oh my, a lovely spa and the treatments were fabulous. Bring a suit for a lovely sauna and swim with hot tub. You never have to leave this little piece of heaven! They have everything you need here! "

"My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Turkey recently. We booked it based on the reviews and value for the money. Can't say enough nice things about this. Rooms were HUGE. Unbelievably HUGE. That's all I can say. You will absolutely LOVE it I think. They have a restaurant on site. Alright priced, not great but convenient. They have a spa facility which was fantastic. We had a Hamman Turkish bath and were very happy with it. Staff are excellent here for sure. There is really nothing here other than the hotel itself so don't expect fancy shopping. Great view because it is up in the hills a bit. Very picturesque. You can see the hot air balloons from here. We did the balloon ride the one day and wanted to watch it the next. The day after we did it, it snowed so we weren't able to watch them from the ground but at least we were able to do it. Fantastic day for it. LOTS of balloons in the air at same time. You will find that almost all hotels here refer to themselves as being a "Cave" hotel despite being ground level and not in a mountain or cave. This is an actual Cave resort that I think all others aspire to be like. It is simply stunning. "The rooms Lobby restaurant bar basically every part of the hotel was absolutely amazing and very clean I’ve stayed probably in about 250-260 hotels around the world and I must say was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered absolutely WoW a must stay "

"We had an amazing stay, and the room was fantastic. Ozan, the manager, was extremely helpful with arranging activities. Ürgüp is a quiet area compared to Göreme, which is much busier—perfect if you’re looking for something a bit off the beaten path."

"Just outside main tourist centre of Goreme but an easy taxi ride in and close to all sights. The room was clean and fine.It was a standard toom.There are other rooms with more amenities, Jacuzzi , Hamam.If we stsy again would stay in one of them."

"Overall Rating: 6.5/10 My stay at this hotel was below expectations considering its overall rating above 8, which I find misleading. Luggage Assistance: No help was provided with bags upon arrival or departure. Noise & Insulation: The rooms have very poor sound insulation, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms was disturbing. Air Conditioning: There is no proper air conditioning system. Instead, a swamp cooler is used, which is insufficient and does not cool even a quarter of the room space. Elevator: Only one elevator is available, and it is very slow, making it inconvenient during peak times. Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited and do not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating. 📌 In summary, this hotel does not justify its high online score. While it may meet the needs of some travelers, my personal experience was disappointing, and I would not rate it higher than 6.5/10."
