The room was comfortable, but the in-room safe was inoperable. My bed was comfortable. Breakfast was problematic due to limited staffing, and meager items to select.

Regular por falta de elevadores.

Nao tivemos problemas com o hotel. Bom atendimento. Boa localização. Oque não nos gostou foi que hotel não tinha elevador e somente acesso por escadas. Isto não foi me sesionadlo em nenhum momento ANTES DE FAZERMOS A reserva ! Se estivéssemos com as malas grandes seria um problema !

Tivemos problemas com o pouco aquecimento da água do Apto. 317 nos dois primeiros dias. Quando reclamamos no sábado a noite, embora a portaria tenha nos dito que estava na temperatura máxima, melhorou. A TV também não teve um funcionamento perfeito.

A cama esta muito ruim. O hotel está passando por obras. Contudo, agua quente não funcionou. Deveriam avisar na entrada que precisaria de processo manual. Descabido precisar avisar se vai usar agua ou não, devido a caldeira.

Razoável

No quesito limpeza tudo certo, o apartamento 311 que fiquei é bem confortável, porém, abrindo a cortina existe um prédio na frente, visual nota zero. O café da manhã é razoável, bom estacionamento no local, e a localização é excelente. Quanto acústica do quarto é terrível, escuta-se tudo que ocorre nos quartos de ambos os lados.

Próximo a um lindo parque.

Ótimo para quem viaja com crianças ou pets pois está localizado próximo a um lindo parque. Café da manhã muito simples e diária um pouco cara se comparado a outros hotéis do mesmo padrão. Tem um bom restaurante ao lado que oferece desconto aos hóspedes.

Boa estadia

Boa estadia, tudo limpo, cama confortavel e ar condicionado funcionando bem, chuveiro muito bom. O porém são as instalações antigas, porta do quarto com dificuldade em fechar, e janela que nao fecha direito o vidro, reduzindo eficiencia do ar, mas nada que tenha prejudicado a estadia.

Even though the hotel personnel was extremely friendly and kind, the exceptional rate led me to choose this hotel, but it was quite disappointing. The breakfast was far below the expectation (and pictures shown on the website). But it was very clean.
