The staff were really kind and friendly, the facility was clean and nice, onsen(both inside and outside) were great, and they even provided simple breakfast! Beautiful property - absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. The staff were super nice and helpful. David who works at the tea bar is also lovely. Amenities are great here and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. We got the forest room and it was so nice to wake up to. The public bath was also super clean and nice. Our skin felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast there also. It was a big meal but so delicious.

Always enjoy my stay at this property but was disappointed this time with breakfast. They no longer serve drinks to order instead a big thermos for coffee and tea were on the counter, of course taste was subpar. The manager saw my surprise at this and offered drinks to order but I believe this should be a minimum standard for a brand like Hyatt Regency. In my humble opinion, you don’t need curry in the morning buffet but you should offer quality coffee and tea to kick off the day pleasantly.
