“Nice residence hotel for longer stay. Only 2 blocks away from bus terminal, was a good choice for my 5am bus to Punta Arenas. I just had to leave the room key inside the room. Tricky part is that you have to ask the travel agency people to call hotel staff for check in. But worth it, definitely. Nice room with nicer rate. Err ask for printed wifi key. Hand written password did not work with me.”

“Nice cabin, very courteous staff. Has a kitchen to cook small meals . Host made arrangements to store luggage after checking out and provided us a special room to tidy up after returning from excursion before going to airport.”

“Room was spacious and clean. We went in November. The room was very warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature but we could open the windows. We also needed more toilet paper. Breakfast was left each morning, breads, spreads, fruit. Convenient location to the main streets. Maps said 30min walk but really only about 15min. ”

The landlord was very interactive and gave me not only suggestions of area sight seeing and local points of interest but websites that gave info which was helpful in my decision making. “Amazing view of the mountains, city and water from this third floor apartment. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Great location in town close to the docks and tour kiosks. Occasionally noisy between 11pm and 2am, and the shades do not block out all light. Good dining options nearby. ”

“Exactly as described. Stayed one night before my cruise. Walking distance to all restaurants and cruise terminal. Free street parking and one block away from car rental station. Could not expect anything better for the value. Highly recommended.”
